Current Opportunities
Key Account Manager – Northeast U.S.
This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with major food and consumer packaged goods companies throughout the Northeastern United States.
Preferred locations include the corridor between Boston, MA and Richmond, VA, with particular emphasis on candidates located near key customer concentrations in New York and New Jersey.
Responsibilities include:
▪️ Manage strategic relationships with large national food and consumer packaged goods companies
▪️ Identify and develop new opportunities within existing customer accounts
▪️ Coordinate commercial activities across multiple customer locations
▪️ Develop account growth strategies and execute against revenue objectives
▪️ Travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned region
Requirements:
▪️ Experience selling food packaging solutions
▪️ Proven success working with large brand owners such as Nestlé, Kraft Heinz, Campbell’s, Conagra, and similar organizations
▪️ Strong account management and relationship-building skills
Key Account Manager – Midwest U.S.
This role mirrors the Northeast Key Account Manager position but focuses on major food and consumer packaged goods customers throughout the Midwest region.
Responsibilities include:
▪️ Manage and grow strategic customer relationships
▪️ Expand product penetration within existing accounts
▪️ Drive revenue growth through consultative selling
▪️ Travel approximately 50% throughout the region
Requirements:
▪️ Food packaging sales experience
▪️ Experience selling to major brand owners and large consumer products companies
▪️ Strong strategic account management capabilities
Key Account Manager – Canada
Based ideally in the Greater Toronto Area, with Montreal also considered for exceptional candidates, this position focuses on managing and expanding relationships with food packaging customers throughout Canada.
Responsibilities include:
▪️ Manage a portfolio of regional and national food packaging customers
▪️ Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
▪️ Prospect and develop new regional customer relationships
▪️ Travel approximately 50% throughout Canada
Requirements:
▪️ Food packaging sales experience
▪️ Experience working with both regional and national brand owners
▪️ Strong relationship management and business development skills
Business Development Manager – North America
This is a highly visible hunter role focused primarily on winning new business throughout North America.
The successful candidate will partner closely with executive sales leadership to identify target accounts, develop market strategies, gain access to decision makers, and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities include:
▪️ Generate new business opportunities across North America
▪️ Identify and pursue high-potential target accounts
▪️ Develop executive-level customer relationships
▪️ Manage strategic opportunities from prospecting through commercial launch
▪️ Travel approximately 75% throughout North America
Requirements:
▪️ Strong business development and sales hunting experience
▪️ Ability to open doors and develop new customer relationships

Distribution Sales Manager – North America
This position is responsible for growing sales through the company’s distribution network across the United States and Canada.
The role combines channel management, distributor development, sales training, and joint customer engagement.
Responsibilities include:
▪️ Manage relationships with distribution partners throughout North America
▪️ Train distributor sales teams on products, applications, and market opportunities
▪️ Conduct joint sales calls with distributor representatives
▪️ Develop and execute channel growth strategies
▪️ Travel extensively throughout the U.S. and Canada
Requirements:
▪️ Previous distribution sales or channel management experience
