I’m currently representing a rapidly growing extrusion blow molding manufacturer that is making a significant investment in its U.S. operation in Greenville, South Carolina.
The company is expanding from 2 production lines to 6 and is building its engineering team to support continued growth, new product launches, and future capacity expansion.
We’re currently seeking experienced professionals for two key engineering positions:
Tooling / Mold Engineer
This role will lead blow mold development from design review through production release.
Responsibilities include managing tooling suppliers, mold qualification and acceptance, supporting new product introductions, conducting mold trials, troubleshooting tooling issues, and managing the mold lifecycle.
Candidates with extrusion blow molding experience, particularly HDPE bottle or container manufacturing, are highly preferred.
Mechanical / Equipment Engineer
This engineer will support extrusion blow molding equipment and downstream automation, including production line layouts, equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects.
The position also works closely with production, tooling, process engineering, and equipment suppliers to improve manufacturing performance and support future expansion.
