We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to lead a small division of a renowned billion-dollar packaging company. This small but vital division specializes in producing pressure-sensitive label stock, and we need a visionary leader to drive its growth. Our client is a very well-known, privately held packaging company with a strong history of success and profitability. They are respected and are known for their family values and being a great place to work for.
What You’ll Do:
– Head up a small, high-potential division and spearhead its expansion.
– Leverage your strong sales and leadership skills within the packaging industry.
– Work with an exceptional team to innovate and elevate the product offerings.
Who We’re Looking For:
– A seasoned professional with a robust background in sales and leadership.
– Experience in labels is ideal, but we’re also interested in those with expertise in coatings, cardboard/corrugated, paper, blown film.
– A strategic thinker who has been exposed to the label sector in some way if not directly and is ready to take on new challenges.
Location:
– Situated about 40 miles West/Southwest of downtown Chicago.
Compensation:
– Competitive base salary plus bonus and excellent benefits.
