Our client is a well-established smaller, Ohio-based company that produces recycled compounded plastic resin from post-industrial scrap. They have been in in business for decades and are very successful.
They have retained us to help them find a Sales Manager who’ll ideally be located in the Midwest or at least someone East of the Mississippi.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling PP or PE resins into injection molders.
This is a remote position but you will need to make into corporate HQ once in a while.
Being offered is a base salary plus commissions. As you establish more business, the base salary goes down but the commission rate goes up to be more lucrative lucrative. Medical benefits, bonuses, 401k and mileage reimbursement and paid time off is being offered. A great company culture exists at this company. This is a family oriented company where people work closely together to make a great product and offer great service.
