Business Development Manager – Plastic Films
My client is a privately held company with roots going back over 60 years is looking to add a Business Development Manager.
Backed by a global parent who’s roots go back over 100 years, this group is small but entrepreneurial, with new capacity and capabilities ready to be commercialized.
This role is about building, not maintaining. Historically, most of their business has come in the door on its own. Now they want someone who can go on offense by developing new business and creating a sales culture.

The right person will have experience in cast, blown, or extruded films, a hunter’s mindset, and comfort with long sales cycles (up to two years). Travel will be 50% or more, especially early on.
